Some awesome things to note about our 2011 activities thus far!
- Spent New Years with all of my aunts/uncles/cousin/family on my dad's side! We spent New Years Eve eating, playing that Xbox game that's sorta like the Wii... but better(?), and chatting! (Also, kissed Ammon at midnight! Duh!) Then the next morning all of us made it up to Soldiers Hollow and tubed for a few hours. Now that is my idea of snow activities. All you have to do is hand your tube to the worker, they hook you up, and you get dragged up the hill and then you slide right back down. You have like no actual work. It's awesome. Look into it!
-Ammon went to Wisconsin for a month (this was not awesome) for job training. It was a long month indeed. Thank heavens for texting, Facebook, Words with Friends, and Face Time on the iPhone (Well ok, actually we only used Face Time once or twice because when it didn't work properly it just made me extremely angry....)
-I started my student teaching! Woo-hoo! I'm in 4th grade, Scera Park Elementary, and seriously loving it. Although it is extremely exhausting... I am learning a lot! And will miss the little buggers once the time is over.
uh.... what else....
-We got a Wii for Christmas from my parents, and I just have to let the world know that I kick Ammon's trash at Wii bowling. I'm really proud of this because I never beat Ammon at any game. Ever. Like every game Ammon and I have ever played of Words with Friends he's beat me by like at least 150 points. It's embarrassing. So I gotta be proud of when I can beat him. ;)
So... those are the main things we've done so far this year!! We've done lots of boring stuff too... but no one wants to read that. (Or does anyone ever read this at all? I haven't updated in forever.... I probably wouldn't read this blog either haha)
